2015 Rosé of Pinot Noir
When the juice from Pinot Noir grapes spends only a short amount of time with the grape skins, the result is a Rosé. The key to Rosé is balance - not too light and simple, and not too heavy and complex. Combine just enough sweetness, just enough tartness, just enough complexity, and the wine can really dance. Pair this wine with the kind of food you'd like to eat on a warm summer day, especially shellfish. Serve lightly chilled.
