2013 Fraulein Elke - Late Harvest Gewurztraminer
Not many things get better with age - women and wine are the exceptions. Hence our new Fraulein Elke dessert wine. Gewürztraminer is one of the four noble grapes from the Alsace region of France. The grapes for this wine were harvested at 34 brix, slowly barrel fermented, then bottled with 150g/L of residual sugar; all to achieve beautiful aromatics and an elegantly voluptuous mouthfeel. Put some in your cellar, but don't forget to open a few to enjoy with friends and family now.
As is traditional for dessert wines, this comes in a 375mL bottle.
